Glass: Etched glass (or any tall glass)
Topping/Garnish: Edible Flowers

Ingredients:

for one serving:

  • 1 oz. premium vodka

  • ¾ oz. Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup

  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 2 oz. LaCroix Cherry Blossom sparkling water (or any floral–flavored seltzer)

  • 2 oz. prosecco (optional - I find that it doesn’t need Prosecco but if you want to give it more depth)

  • Ice

  • Edible flowers (for garnish)

For 12 Servings

  • 12 oz. vodka

  • 9 oz. Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup

  • 6 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 bottle prosecco (750 mL / ~25.4 oz) (optional - I find that it doesn’t need Prosecco but if you want to give it more depth)

  • 2–3 cans LaCroix Cherry Blossom sparkling water (each can is 12 oz)

  • Ice

  • Edible flowers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base

    • In a large pitcher or sealable container, stir together the vodka, cherry blossom syrup, and lemon juice.

    • Taste-test to ensure the balance of sweet and tart is to your liking. If it’s too sweet, add more lemon juice. If you want it more floral, add a dash more cherry blossom syrup.

  2. Chill Thoroughly

    • Cover and refrigerate the base mixture for at least 1 hour (or up to a day).

    • Getting the base cold ensures you won’t dilute the drink with melted ice later and helps keep the sparkling elements fizzier, longer.

  3. Add the Bubbles Before Serving

    • If you’re serving in a punch bowl or large pitcher, gently stir in the prosecco and 2–3 cans of LaCroix Cherry Blossom just before guests arrive. Serve immediately to keep those bubbles lively.

    • Alternatively, if you want extra fresh fizz in each glass, follow these steps for individual pours:

      1. Fill each glass about ⅔ full with the chilled base.

      2. Top with 2–3 oz. prosecco and 2–3 oz. LaCroix per glass.

  4. Garnish & Enjoy

    • Top each glass or the punch bowl with edible flowers.

    • Serve cold, raise a toast, and enjoy the floral, bubbly refreshment!

Tips & Variations

  • Adjust Sweetness: Feel free to tweak the syrup or lemon juice to find your perfect balance.

  • Batching Ahead: Prepare the base a day in advance for ease. Just add sparkling elements (prosecco + LaCroix) right before serving.

  • Low/No-Prosecco Option: For a lighter alcohol version or to skip it entirely, replace prosecco with additional LaCroix or any lightly flavored sparkling water.

With Love,

Cristina
