Viral Snow Globe Cocktail
The prettiest cocktail this holiday season! Try this viral snow globe cocktail trend for an extra festive touch
Ingredients:
Fresh cranberries
Sprigs of rosemary
Sparkling wine (like Champagne or Prosecco)
Clear glasses for serving
Instructions:
Freeze the Cranberries and Rosemary:
Take a few clear glasses and place a handful of fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary in each.
Fill the glasses with water, just enough to submerge the cranberries and rosemary.
Place the glasses in the freezer and let them freeze completely. This might take a few hours, so it's best to do this step in advance.
Prepare the Cocktail:
Once the cranberries and rosemary are frozen in the glasses, remove them from the freezer.
Carefully pour the sparkling wine over the frozen cranberries and rosemary.
Serve:
Serve immediately. The bubbles from the sparkling wine, combined with the frozen cranberries and rosemary, will create a beautiful snow globe effect in the clear glass.
Tips:
For an extra festive touch, you can rim the glasses with sugar before freezing the cranberries and rosemary.
If you want a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling wine with sparkling apple cider or ginger ale.
