Palace of Fine Arts
Golden Gate Park
Golden Gate Park is a San Francisco staple. With a size of well over a thousand acres, you’re bound to find a spot to hangout with your boo, friends, or just by yourself! My favorite is this romantic cherry blossom meadow, it’s absolutely gorgeous during the spring time.
📍Stow Lake Picnic Area
Stow Lake Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118
Legion of Honor
Legion of Honor is considered one of the prettiest museums in San Francisco, and I agree. Not only do they have gorgeous collections on the inside, the outside is a direct replica of the Palais de la Legion d'Honneur, perfect for living out your princess picnic dreams.
📍100 34th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121
Dutch Windmills
Does it get any more cozy than this? On the edge of the Golden Gate Park, you can find this cute windmill that actually still works! During the spring and summer it is surrounded by a colorful array of tulips and other flowers, definitely worth a visit. Bring your favorite snacks and a soft blanket, and you’re all set.
📍1691 John F Kennedy Dr, San Francisco, CA 94121
Addition San Francisco Picnic Tips:
A few small things to note. San Francisco is a busy city, and as unfortunate as it is, with bustling cities theft is unavoidable. I’d recommend to not leave any personal belongings in your car!
The weather here can get a little chilly, so make sure to bring a cozy sweater or jacket to stay warm, my friends!
Now that you’re all set to go, I hope you’re going to have a wonderful time exploring San Francisco with the coziest picnics. 💕
